It was great speaking with you about the City of Mission's first ever Small Business Expo on September 16th! I love the vision you have for this event... bringing together 50 businesses, educational panels, and a pitch competition with real prize money on the line. It's clear this is going to be a meaningful day for the local business community.

As we discussed, I'm excited to deliver the "Loyalty Loop" session as the morning keynote. It's all about helping businesses understand their customers' and buyers' journeys so they can build deeper, more lasting relationships.
